I’m a week behind my half-marathon training. I visited a lot and ATE a lot during my trip to Texas.

But now it’s back to training. I’m taking a suggestion from my fitness friend Lauren at Fun, Fit, and Fabulous and logging my miles at DailyMile. You can see my progress on the right side of this blog.

As soon as I post this, I’ll be off for a 4 mile run. Wish me luck!
