Apparently Cornell has traditions?
Ok, I shouldn’t be snide, but it’s just different being in a place where I can’t even tell when we’re having a football game.
Dragon Day promises to be quite the spectacle. A bunch of architecture fish build a dragon. A bunch of engineering fish build a phoenix. Students in crazy costumes parade these creatures around campus and then set fire to them in the Arts Quad in “a huge bonfire.” I’m so curious.
Unfortunately, I TA right in the middle of all that. Maybe no one will show up… It is the Friday before Spring Break after all.
